Remember the Lamborghini Egoista? The radical concept that was showcased in 2013 as part of the supercar brand’s 50th anniversary celebrations. Reports suggest that it has been sold to a private collector for an insane sum.
According to Supercar Blondie, an unnamed collector paid $117 million for the one-off concept car, making it the most expensive Lamborghini ever sold.

The Egoista, which translates to “selfish”, is a single-seater supercar with a fighter jet-inspired design. It has a narrow nose section and an aggressive rear fascia with dual rectangular vents mimicking the engine nozzles on a fighter jet.
Powering the Egoista is a 5.2-liter V10 engine from the Lamborghini Gallardo, which produces around 600 hp. While it’s a completely working car, it is not homologated for street use.

She is full of s#!+
They saw him coming. Decided to take his pants down. A fool and his money are soon parted.
Must be of an idiot surely to buy this ugliness with mediocre performance for the category and single sitter for the price he could have been a… shareholder in Lamborghini!!-just a fool, and a great one!
I would be careful calling someone with the ability to purchase such a car a fool or idiot. What if he turns around and sells it in five years to a Saudi prince for $140 million, still a fool?
