The electric Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack may carry a relatively modest price premium over its petrol counterpart, but the difference becomes much bigger when it comes to leasing. Monthly payments for the electric muscle car are more than twice as high.
For the 2026 model year, the two-door Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack has an MSRP of $60,690. A 36-month lease requires $6,269 at signing, followed by monthly payments of $1,312. Meanwhile, the petrol-powered two-door Charger Scat Pack, priced at $55,690, can be leased for $573 per month with $5,769 due at signing.

Including the initial payment, but excluding taxes and fees, the effective monthly cost works out to around $1,486 for the electric model and $733 for the petrol version. That’s a difference of around 103%.
One major reason is depreciation. The electric Charger’s projected residual value is reportedly just 40% after three years, compared with 67% for the Sixpack.

The gap highlights how lease costs can tell a very different story from showroom prices.
