A prototype of the 2027 Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 has been spotted along with a 2027 GLC facelift test mule on public roads. Both upcoming vehicles have been spied together in Los Angeles.
The AMG CLE 63 is finished in black and heavily camouflaged around the front, but there are still some noticeable changes. The prototype features a revised, sportier bumper, a new grille with vertical slats and updated headlights with LED daytime running lights.
The GLC facelift is more heavily disguised, although its new lighting is clearly visible. The headlights feature LED DRLs along the top, while a three-pointed star inside the lamp also serves as a DRL. The front bumper seems to have been revised as well.
A cabriolet version of the 2027 Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 has also been spotted previously. Both models are expected to use the new flat-plane-crank 4.0-litre V8, already powering the latest S-Class, where it produces 530 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque.
