The Red Bull RB17 will run in public for the very first time. The sophisticated hypercar will make its dynamic debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026, which begins tomorrow.

Developed by Red Bull Advanced Technologies, the RB17 isn’t just another hypercar chasing numbers. It’s the result of over five years of relentless engineering, designed to bring Formula 1-level performance into a track-only machine without the usual regulatory limits.

At Goodwood, the RB17 will tackle the iconic Hillclimb in a series of demonstration runs. These aren’t full attack laps, but they will finally show the car in motion. The real performance testing will come later, in dedicated track environments.

Driving the RB17 at Goodwood will be Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 driver Isack Hadjar, Red Bull Test and Reserve driver Yuki Tsunoda, Red Bull Racing Academy Programme driver Alisha Palmowski, and RBAT’s former CTO and the car’s visionary designer Adrian Newey.

The RB17 is one of the most technically sophisticated hypercars ever created. It features a naturally aspirated V10 developed by Cosworth, paired with a hybrid system. It is capable of putting down a combined 1,200 hp with acceleration levels comparable to modern F1 machinery, and a projected top speed of 220 mph.
