You will always find something unique and special at Monterey Car Week. This year, there were not one but two Lamborghini Sesto Elemento supercars driving around Carmel. With only 20 examples built, it’s one of those rare Lamborghinis that is almost impossible to spot on public roads.

The Sesto Elemento was never meant to be a road car. But 2 out of the 20 units were converted for road use, and both cars were at Pebble Beach this year.

These rare supercars took part in various events throughout the week, including one at the Laguna Seca Raceway. A video shared on social media captures what it’s like to be in a Sesto Elemento on a racetrack.

The bare carbon fibre interior looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. Then there’s the engine, which is a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 that delivers 562 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. The Sesto Elemento is capable of reaching a top speed of 240 mph and can sprint from 0-62 mph in just 2.5 seconds.
