The 100th Le Mans 24 Hours will be flagged off this weekend, and making a special appearance this year is the Garage 56 NASCAR Camaro. To celebrate this, Chevrolet has announced a special edition of the Camaro.
The 2024 Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition will be limited to just 56 units. The car is painted in a shade called ‘Riptide Blue’ with a livery inspired by the NASCAR that will race at Le Mans this weekend.
The special edition model is equipped with the ZL1 1LE front end with an aggressive splitter and dive planes. It gets a “wicker bill” rear spoiler and alloy wheels shod with Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar tires. Chevy is also offering a special graphics pack that includes a NASCAR windshield header, Goodyear decals, number ’24’ door stickers and Garage 56 logos on the floor mats and steering wheel.
Powering the Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition is Chevy’s 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that develops 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque.
Earlier this week, Chevrolet announced the Camaro Collector’s Edition, which is also a limited edition model of which, just 350 units will be produced.
