It may have divided opinion at launch, but the Ferrari Luce is already proving to be a commercial success. Just weeks after its controversial debut, Ferrari has reportedly reached its entire 2026 sales target (500 units) for the all-electric sedan.
According to reports, strong early demand has quickly filled the order books, even after mixed online reactions. It is being said that the Luce received a very positive response in China. All 88 units allocated for the country have been sold out almost instantly. Pricing sits at around 3.988 million yuan (roughly $586,000), which is actually lower than its European price.

Similarly, demand for Ferrari’s first electric vehicle in Thailand has been building strongly, well ahead of its late 2027 deliveries. While critics continue to debate worldwide, buyers in Thailand are already placing their bets on the Luce. Expected to be priced at around 33.84 million baht (over a million dollars), which is significantly higher than its European tag of €550,000 ($637,507), it hasn’t led to any loss of interest from prospective buyers.
While Ferrari has reportedly achieved the Luce 2026 sales target, the very first production model with chassis 0 is heading to auction at the upcoming Monterey sale hosted by RM Sotheby’s. It could fetch more than $1.1 million.
