BYD officially teased its new Rolls-Royce rival, called the Yangwang Altior, last month. Now, the upcoming ultra-luxury sedan has been spotted without camouflage ahead of its official debut in Abu Dhabi on Nov 8.
The latest spy images reveal a large front grille, distinctive LED DRLs and plenty of chrome elements that add to the luxury factor. The rear gets rectangular tail-lamps, while the rear-hinged doors can reportedly open up to 90 degrees. Large monoblock wheels that look really cool and go spot-on with the aura of the vehicle, and a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor are also included. Overall, it looks similar to the Rolls-Royce Ghost.

The Chinese Mercedes S-Class competitor is expected to measure around 5,500 mm in length, with a generous 3,350 mm wheelbase. Underneath, it could feature four electric motors and a hydraulic suspension system.
Pricing is expected to start at around 2 million yuan (approximately $300,000). BYD is yet to reveal the final specifications, battery details or performance figures.
