Last month, Bugatti rolled out the first eight Chiron Super Sport 300+ hypercars. Now, two of them have crossed the Atlantic to reach the US. These cars will be delivered by Miller Motorcars soon. But, before that, the dealership gave them a grand welcome.

Bugatti is building 30 examples of the Chiron Super Sport 300+. These are all identical, featuring a Jet Black carbon fibre exterior with Jet Orange racing stripes. The cars also get a carbon engine cover and windshield wiper.

On the interior, the 300+ comes with a roll cage and black Alcantara upholstery. The cars also get a special plaque with the car’s record top speed of 304.773 mph set by Andy Wallace on August 2, 2019.

At the heart of every Super Sport is Bugatti’s Thor engine. This 8.0-liter W16 lump packs 1600 hp, which is 100 hp more than the regular Chiron. The engine is hooked up to a dual-clutch transmission that sends power to all four wheels.

Besides the highly capable powertrain, the Chiron Super Sport 300+ also benefits from its long tail design. This low drag configuration enables it to reach speeds in excess of 300 mph without lifting off the tarmac.
