Ultra-low-mile Lexus LFA could go for $1.2 Million at auction

A 2012 Lexus LFA with ultra-low miles will head to the auction block next month. The Japanese supercar will be offered by RM Sotheby’s at the annual Monterey auction.

This Lexus LFA was delivered to Bolivia and has been part of a collection ever since. The exterior is painted in a rare Super Red colour, while the interior is trimmed in Cream and Black leather upholstery. It’s one of just 27 left-hand drive models finished in this spec.

The previous owner, who, is also the first owner, has been taking good care of the car. It seems to have spent most of its life parked inside a garage, as the car has just 72 miles on the clock. It received a service back in February this year. It had just 60 miles at the time.

As you might be aware, the Lexus LFA has one of the best-sounding V10 engines ever made. It is powered by a 4.8-liter naturally aspirated V10 that makes 553 hp @ 8700 rpm and 354 lb-ft @ 6800 rpm. It is one of the fastest revving engines with a 9000 rpm redline.

Lexus also built two LFA Roadster. One of them was spotted in Japan in March this year.
