Possibly the most anticipated car of the 2017 New York Auto Show has to be the Dodge Challenger Demon. We know quite a bit about the new high-performance muscle car by now, thanks to the rather informative teaser campaign.

While, the car is still officially under wraps, you may have seen leaked images on our website before. We had also shared a behind-the-scenes video from the Fate of the Furious featuring the Challenger Demon.

Today though, we bring you some of the clearest images of the upcoming Challenger Demon. The SRT Demon was spotted during high-altitude testing in Colorado. We would like to thank TheFastLaneCar for sharing this video with the world.

The production-ready prototype can be seen sporting massive fender flares and fat tires. The front end gets a distinct hood with an extra-large hood scoop that’s unique to the Demon. The prototype was riding on a set of multi-spoke alloy wheels unlike the ones seen in the teaser videos.
