John Hennessey shows us around the Venom F5 Production Facility

The Hennessey Venom F5 will be built at a brand spanking new assembly line.

The latest vlog, John Hennessey takes us on a tour of his shop located at Sealy, Texas. More importantly, he gives us a peek at the new production facility that is being prepared next door for the Venom F5.

The new facility is about 60% complete. Once complete, the 15,000 sq.ft facility will have 3-4 Venom F5s being built at any given moment. One car will be built in the UK.

The Venom F5 is the successor to the Venom GT and is claimed to reach a top speed of 300 mph. It will be powered by a 7.6-liter twin-turbo V8 which pumps out 1,600 hp of power and 1,300 lb-ft of torque. The same engine was able to churn out 2000 hp during testing.

The Venom F5 main rival will be the SSC Tuatara. The elite 300 mph club though has two more members – Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut and the Bugatti Chiron SS 300+.
