Remember the Acura NSX Roadster from “The Avengers”? You can now own one and pretend you’re Tony Stark.
The NSX Roadster from the Marvel universe is up for auction on Cars & Bids. It’s been three days since bidding opened, and the highest bid is $98,500. The proceeds from the sale will be donated to a charity.
The Acura NSX Roadster is a concept car and is not road legal. It was designed by Acura’s Advanced Design Studio in Los Angeles and built by Trans FX in Oxnard, California, as a movie prop.
On the outside, it looks like the new NSX. However, underneath the sharp bodywork is a 1991 Acura NSX. It also has the same 90s-era interior but is fitted with aftermarket sports seats and wheels, as well as the “STARK 33” license plate.
Powering the NSX Roadster is a 3.0-liter V6 that puts out 270 hp and 210 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, which sends power to the rear axle.
