2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S Facelift (992.2) leaked ahead of launch
Porsche is all set to debut the updated 911 Carrera S this year. Actually, the first images of the 911 Carrera S facelift (992.2) have already leaked online.
Last year, Porsche launched the first-ever 911 hybrid in the form of the Carrera GTS. It was followed by the Carrera T and the 911 GT3. The new 911 Carrera S facelift slots between the base Carrera and the GTS and is rumoured to have around 480 hp.
In comparison, the 911 Carrera GTS packs 534 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque, courtesy of the 3.6-liter flat-6 engine and hybrid system. The most driver-centric version, though, is the Carrera T, which has a 3.0-liter flat-six engine, producing 388 hp and 331 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a proper 6-speed manual transmission.
Coming back to the 911 Carrera S facelift, it gets a few exterior updates, including a new front bumper, reworked LED headlights, a redesigned rear fascia with an LED light bar and a new bumper. The car will also feature a few changes on the interior.
