A brand new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS has been delivered to Porsche Centre Bristol. This one’s finished in a ‘Paint to Sample’ (PTS) Pastel Orange. It’s rather bright, but it ain’t as vivid as Lotus Elise Cup 250 we featured a few weeks back.
This bright orange Cayman GT4 RS will certainly stand out, especially with its contrasting carbon bonnet, black alloy wheels and rear spoiler. Also, the smoked tail lamps that suit the overall aesthetic theme.
The GT4 RS is powered by a 4.0-liter flat-6 engine mounted in the middle. It belts out 493 hp and 331 lb-ft and comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. According to Porsche, 0-60 mph comes up in 3.2 seconds, and it will hit a top speed of 196 mph.
The car also get a slew of chassis mods, including Bilstein dampers with stiffer springs and anti-roll bars. The aero package has also been optimized, and is said to generate 25% more downforce over the regular GT4.
