Pagani Zonda 760LH once owned by Lewis Hamilton crashed
The Pagani Zonda 760LH, once owned by Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton, has crashed. The accident took place at the Penmaenbach Tunnel in Conwy, Wales.
The exact details of the accident are not known. However, it seems the driver lost control and hit the tunnel wall. Fortunately, no serious injuries have been reported. The car, though, would require major repairs.
According to the images shared on social media, the Zonda 760LH suffered extensive damage. The front and rear suspension have been ripped apart. The carbon fibre bodywork will need a lot of work, including the front clamshell and parts of the rear fender. The headlights and windshield will also need replacing.
The Pagani Zonda 760LH was in the possession of Lewis Hamilton until 2021. The car spent most of its time in Monaco and was occasionally driven whenever the F1-champ was in town.
This is not the first time that the 760LH has been in an accident. In 2015, Lewis had crashed into two parked cars in Monaco.
