Lamborghini Urus SE with a color-shifting paint that costs $70,000
The Lamborghini Urus has become a common sight in the Middle East, especially in Dubai. Those who wish to stand out from the rest opt for aftermarket body kits. Mansory is one of the big players in this market. Then, there are those who go all in with the spec, like this Urus SE, which has the factory paint option that costs $70,000.
This color-shifting paint looks purple from certain angles and orange when the sunlight hits it. No doubt it’s a striking shade, but it might not make sense on a $250,000 Urus.
The Urus SE is the latest iteration of the Lamborghini SUV. It is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that develops 612 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. It is combined with an electric powertrain delivering 189 hp and 356 lb-ft of torque, for a combined output of 789 hp @ 6000 rpm and 701 lb-ft @ 1750-5750 rpm.
The engine is mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system. The SUV packs a 25.9 kWh battery that gives it an electric-only range of 37 miles.
