A Lamborghini Countach LPI800-4 finished in Giallo Elivigar has landed in Houston, TX. The limited edition model is currently on display at Lamborghini Houston and is likely to be delivered soon.
The Countach LPI 800-4 was unveiled at Pebble Beach in 2021 as a tribute to the original Italian classic on its 50th anniversary. With only 112 units produced, prices for these cars are already on the boil. Some over-ambitious sellers are even quoting over $6 million for one.
It’s quite a lot for a car that’s essentially a re-bodied Aventador and shares its powertrain with the Lamborghini Sian. It uses a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine paired with a mild-hybrid system that uses a supercapacitor instead of a conventional lithium-ion battery. The car can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 220 mph.
