Japan’s first Lamborghini Centenario Delivered
The keys to the first Lamborghini Centenario coupe in Japan were handed over to its owner during an event recently. The handover took place at Lamborghini Azabu which is located in the Minato area of Tokyo.
Like all the Centenarios we’ve seen thus far, this one is sporting a unique spec. It is finished in a dual-tone theme with dark red exposed carbon fiber and white highlights. The special Centenario wheels feature matching red carbon and white bits. Similarly, the interior is wrapped in red leather.
Lamborghini unveiled the Centenario coupe at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It’s built to commemorate the 100th birthday of Ferruccio Lamborghini. Only 20 coupes and 20 roadster are being built and each of them is unique. The naturally-aspirated V12 engine in the Centenario revs to 8600 rpm and makes 759 hp. Thanks to carbon fiber construction, the car weighs 1520 kg and will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 2.8 sec. Top speed is 217 mph.
The base price of a Lamborghini Centenario is $1.9 million!
