2025 BMW M2 CS to debut this month at Villa d’Este
BMW has at least two models lined up for this year’s Consorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. We’ve been told that one of them is the 2025 BMW M2 CS.
The lighter, more hardcore version of the M2 coupe is likely to make its global debut later this month. Production could be limited to just 2,000 units.
Reports suggest that the 3.0-liter twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine has been tuned to produce 525 hp, allowing the car to sprint from 0-62 mph in just 3.8 seconds. That’s quicker than the M4 Competition. The top speed is said to be pegged at 188 mph.
The M2 CS has already been spotted lapping the Nurburgring in Germany. The car appears to have a more aggressive front fascia with a sporty-looking front bumper and splitter, flared wheel arches, and a ducktail spoiler at the back.
The M2 CS is expected to get a carbon fibre roof, which will lower the center of mass, thus aiding handling. The suspension will also be tweaked for sharper handling.
The second car that will be presented at Villa d’Este is believed to be a new “two door concept.”
