2016 Ferrari FF Spied Testing Around Fiorano

While we were busy drooling over the new Ford GT, over in Europe, Ferrari engineers took to their private race track with the 2016 Ferrari FF test mule. The update to the current all-wheel drive grand tourer is expected to arrive in a couple of years time. Also on cards is the new 458 Italia which will get a completely new powertrain.

That aside, the video posted by Marchettino clearly shows a makeshift exhaust fitted to the test car. Also, according to onlookers, the FF sounded much louder than the current model. As far as aesthetics go, the exterior of the new car should feature slight changes. Perhaps, Ferrari would rectify the oddball looks a bit.

The naturally aspirated V12 engine will remain but we could expect a higher overall output than the current model. The highly complex all-wheel drive system that makes the Ferrari FF so unique will also be a part of the package, comes 2016.
