If you follow the Seen Through Glass channel on Youtube, you would be aware that Sam loves his Ferraris. So, when a friend of his asked him if he’d want to test drive a Ferrari Enzo, it was no brainer.
It was not the first time that Sam sat behind the hot seat of an Enzo. However, you don’t get to drive hypercar royalty like the Enzo every day and judging by the smile on his face, he seems to have had one of the best days of his life.
The Enzo was built between 2002 and 2004. 399 examples were sold, while the last car was donated to the Vatican for charity. Today, one of these sells for over $3 million.
As you might know, Enzo is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 that produces 651 hp @ 7800 rpm and 485 lb-ft @ 5500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automated manual. It is capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in 3.14 seconds and can hit a top speed of 221 mph.
Earlier this month, a Ferrari Enzo was wrecked during a similar test drive in the Netherlands. Fortunately, Sam had a fairly uneventful drive.
