What’s it like to drive a $5 Million Ferrari Sergio?

In August 2019, we had reported about a Ferrari Sergio that was for sale in Switzerland. Now, Mr JWW got to test drive this special machine.

Ferrari built this car as a tribute to Sergio Pininfarina, hence the name. The car is based on a 458 Italia and only 6 of these were built. The special thing about the Sergio is its bespoke exterior. The car looks striking to say the least. However, the interior is identical to the 458.

The Sergio is powered by a 4.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine that develops 605 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. That’s the same engine that Ferrari put in the 458 Speciale and is known for its unmistakable wail.

This particular Ferrari Sergio was rarely driven and has around 25 miles on its odometer. A clean example like this with low miles is expected to fetch between $4-5 million. For that kind of money, does the Sergio feel special to drive? Well, Mr JWW is in a better position to answer this question.
