We haven’t heard much about McLaren’s plans for the 2020 Geneva Motor Show. Now, there are rumors suggesting that Woking might finally unveil the McLaren BC-03 this year.
The first images of the BC-03 had surfaced online last year in September. From the images, it appears to be an evolution of the Senna GTR. The car has a unique front end and fixed rear spoiler with large end plates similar to the GTR. The images also reveal an aggressive aero package with intricate surfaces on the sides and a large rear diffuser.
We still don’t know the technical details, however the McLaren BC-03 could be powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine paired with an electric motor. The combined output is rumored to be around 1100 hp.
Sources have also revealed that McLaren might build just 15 units of the BC-03, each sporting a price tag of around $3.5 million.
