Leaked! Touring Superleggera Veloce12 is a Ferrari 550-based restomod
Italian coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera is all set to unveil its latest creation, a Ferrari 550-based Veloce12 grand tourer at Pebble Beach. In fact, this is it! What you see here is a Ferrari 550 restomod, with a stylish new body and a glorious V12 engine up front.
The Touring Superleggera Veloce12 is essentially a rebodied 550. The exterior design is not just heavily inspired by the 550, but it looks almost exactly like it. The shape of the headlamps, the hood vent and front grille, even the gills and the low-set door handles have been recreated. The rear features the unmistakable quad circular taillights, quad exhausts, and a ducktail spoiler neatly integrated into the boot lid.
The interior is straight from Ferrari’s old V12 flagship. It is finished in 2-tone leather and is fitted with Daytona-style seats, that are wrapped in leather with Alcantara inserts.
What’s more, this gorgeous-looking Veloce12 has an old-school gated manual gearbox.
