Bugatti Bolide Nurburgring taxi ride is exactly as you’d imagine – Insane!

Getting a ride in a Bugatti Bolide is a car enthusiast’s dream, and it recently became a reality for Misha when he got to ride along for a lap of the Nurburgring.

As you would imagine, the experience was absolutely insane, even for a seasoned racecar driver like Misha. The onboard video captures how quickly the Bolide accelerates, reaching over 200+ km/h on most straight sections. The braking performance is equally mind-boggling.

Then, there’s the handling. The Bolide grips like crazy and goes around corners at insane speeds, all thanks to the massive downforce it generates and the super-grippy slick tires that last only 36 miles.

Powering the Bolide is an 8.0-liter W16 engine that generates 1825 hp and 1475 lb-ft of torque. The car weighs just 1450 kg (dry), which gives it a power-to-weight ratio of more than 1100 hp per tonne.
