The Xpeng G9L will make its global debut at the Paris Auto Show this year. The 5.1-metre luxury SUV will be showcased at the event on Oct 12.
The Xpeng G9L measures 5,120 mm long and has a 3,100 mm wheelbase. Its Huawei-supplied headlights can project images onto the road, while an external projection system can reportedly display movies on a screen measuring up to 98 inches.
The technology is matched by an equally lavish cabin. There is a large central touchscreen, a slim digital instrument cluster, an augmented-reality display and a 21.4-inch ceiling-mounted screen for rear passengers. A 9-inch streaming rear-view mirror is also fitted.
Comfort is another focus, with heated, ventilated and massaging seats, four soft-closing doors, a 12.5-litre refrigerator and a 50W wireless charger. A 33-speaker audio system completes the high-tech setup.
Power comes from either a 270 kW (362 hp) rear motor or a 430 kW (577 hp) dual-motor AWD setup. Range is rated at up to 702 km (436 miles) and 660 km (410 miles), respectively.
