We had recently shared images of a Mansory Bugatti Mistral featuring a wacky paint job and an extreme body kit. They looked like they had been created using AI. However, a recent leak suggests that Mansory is indeed working on a custom body kit for the open-top Bugatti hypercar.
British racing driver and automotive YouTuber Mark McCann recently paid a visit to Mansory’s headquarters in Germany. In a video posted on his channel, you can see McCann meeting with CEO Kourosh Mansory. Around 12 minutes into the video, he is introduced to the design team. In the background is a whiteboard with renderings of some of their upcoming/ongoing projects.

Right next to the Chiron is what appears to be a CAD rendering of the Mansory Mistral. The body panels are highlighted in the same colours as the AI-generated image we had shared earlier. It seems like whoever created them used these CAD images to generate a more realistic rendering.
Unlike the AI image, these CAD models don’t look that bad. We can see a modified front bumper, rocker panels and fixed wing. The kit also includes a more extreme rear diffuser with six circular exhaust tips instead of the centrally mounted trapezoidal unit on the stock car.
