Fresh spy shots of the Rolls-Royce electric SUV have surfaced. Although heavily camouflaged, the prototype reveals a rather charming trick. Unlike anything else in the EV space, this ultra-luxury SUV is expected to feature a split bonnet design for storage.
Instead of unveiling a thunderous V12, the split-opening bonnet will likely expose a bespoke storage compartment that would be perfect for housing charging cables or a small luggage set. Other features that can be expected in the Rolls-Royce electric SUV include the signature Pantheon grille, lighting upgrades, 5-spoke alloy wheels, and vertically stacked headlights.

The EV appears lower and sleeker than the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, with a stretched, almost wagon-like silhouette. Despite the lower stance, it’s expected to exceed 5.3 metres in length, reinforcing its flagship presence.
Set to debut in 2027, it will follow the Rolls-Royce Spectre as the brand’s second full-production EV. Expect a twin-motor setup producing over 500 bhp and a driving range in the 300–400 mile bracket. As for the price, it is anticipated that it will have a starting price of around $410,000.
