Rezvani Motors is known for its massive bulletproof SUVs and the Beast hypercar. The company has now branched out into a new sub-brand called Rezvani Retro.
The Rezvani RR1 is the brand’s first model. As you can guess, the design inspiration behind this car was the Porsche 935 – a race car from the 1970s. It even comes with the iconic Martini livery.
The Rezvani RR1 is available with three engine options. These include a 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-6 engine developing 550 hp. It is paired with either a 7-speed manual or a PDK.
The second engine option is a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-6 that revs to 9200 rpm and pushes out 565 hp. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or a PDK. The most potent of them all is the 3.8-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder that pumps out 750 hp.
These variants are based on a 992 Carrera S, 992 GT3 and 992 Turbo S models, respectively. Each car comes with a bespoke body made from lightweight carbon fibre.
Rezvani plans to build 50 cars in total at an introductory price of $149,000 (excluding the price of the donor car).
