The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is finally coming to Australia, and buyers can now place orders for the upgraded MY27 model. Priced from $299,990 before on-road costs, it is more than $36,000 cheaper than the version it replaces.
The Z06 will be sold exclusively as a 3LZ Coupe through an official build-to-order programme, with every car produced to an individual customer specification.

Chevrolet’s hand-assembled 5.5-litre naturally aspirated LT6 V8 produces 475 kW (636 hp) at 8,550 rpm and 595 Nm (438 lb ft) at 6,300rpm, with an 8,600 rpm redline. It is paired with a chassis package designed to make the Z06 considerably sharper than the standard Corvette.
Magnetic Ride Control 4.0, six-piston Brembo front brakes, an electronic limited-slip differential and forged aluminium wheels are all standard.

Inside, the updated Corvette cockpit features a 14-inch driver display, 12.7-inch touchscreen and 6.6-inch auxiliary screen.
Orders open October 1, with production scheduled to begin in January 2027. Australian deliveries will depend on specifications and production schedules.
