Supercar dealer iLusso in North Miami is offering a McLaren 720S Spider with 1,020 miles for $364,980. It is one of several 720S’ currently listed for sale in the United States. This one, in particular, caught our attention because of the spec.
It’s a 2022 McLaren 720S Spider finished in a dual-tone colour scheme of white and purple. The supercar features a front end painted in a bright shade of purple that fades into a brilliant white towards the rear. Other exterior details include a black roof, black mirror caps and wheels and purple brake calipers. The interior also gets the purple treatment with bright leather upholstery all around.
The 720S Spider was introduced in December 2018. It is powered by the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 as the coupe, which belts out 710 hp @ 7500 rpm and 568 lb-ft of torque at 5,500-6,500 rpm. That being said, the replacement for the 720S with even more power is expected to arrive later this year.
While the spec on this car is certainly striking, it may not be to everyone’s liking. Despite the effort that has gone into creating this spec, we think it’s a bit polarising. What are your thoughts on this spec? Let us know in the comments.
