Track-focused Lamborghini Huracan STO to debut on November 18
Lamborghini set to debut a more extreme version of the Huracan Performante on November 18. It’s called the Huracan STO where STO stands for Super Trofeo Omologato.
The new supercar has been spied multiple times in the recent past and from the images it’s quite clear that the STO will be the most track-focused baby Lambo yet. It has the most massive rear wing ever seen on a Huracan. The engine cover has an intake scoop and shark fin similar to the Veneno. Further, the rear fascia has additional vents and aero ducts as well as a new diffuser.
The Huracan STO could use the same 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 producing 640 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque. However, the car is likely to shed around 150 kg and could get race-spec brakes.
The Huracan STO will be produced in limited numbers. It is believed that Lamborghini might peg the final number to 700 units.
