Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS Exclusive Manufactur Edition Revealed

The next generation Porsche 911 will finally be revealed at the LA Auto Show next month but Porsche isn’t finished with the 991 yet. The brand has unveiled a new edition of the Targa 4 GTS called the Exclusive Manufactur Edition. But here’s the thing, it is only available to German customers, for now at least.

The Exclusive Manufactur gets a number of new finishes and accents over the exterior and interior for an overall classic look. Key highlights on the outside include Achat Grey metallic exterior paint with White Gold metallic and Brilliant Silver accents, which replace the black elements off the GTS models – complemented with a brown soft top. The badging and mirrors are also finished in Brilliant Silver while the RS Spyder Alloy wheels now get a beautiful tinge of Satin White Gold metallic. The exterior also comes with the SportDesign Package as standard.

The classic theme continues on the interior as most of it is adorned with natural leather upholstery. There is also contrasting white gold stitching on the dashboard, door panels, seats and steering wheel. ‘Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur’ has been embossed on the center armrest while ‘911’ is embossed into the headrests. Finally there is ‘911 Targa 4 GTS Exclusive Manufaktur Edition’ lettering on the door sills.

Power for the Exclusive Manufactur Targa comes from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 443 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque. It is connected to a seven-speed PDK transmission and a standard all-wheel drive system. 0-62 mph you ask? 3.7 seconds which is faster than you can say “Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS Exlusive Manufactur Edition”.

Deliveries for the car will begin the next month with prices starting from €187,961.30 ($306,201.01).
