Shelby America is all set to launch its first S650-based Mustang on April 18, 2024. The carmaker has just released a teaser confirming the date on social media.
Details of the new S650 Shelby Mustang are still unclear. Some reports suggest that it could be the new Super Snake model. The teaser does provide a glimpse of the engine bay, that houses a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a supercharger.
On the outside, the upcoming Shelby Mustang will feature several performance modifications. These include a large front splitter, redesigned bumpers, hood pins, a duck-billed trunk and a carbon fibre rear spoiler.
Inside, the high-performance Mustang gets a stubby shifter with a white cue ball gear knob. The seats appear to be covered in leather and Alcantara upholstery. The car rides on a set of sporty bronze alloy wheels.
