The Lamborghini Revuelto SV has to be one of the highly anticipated supercars of 2026. It was recently revealed at the Monterey Car Week and was crowned the most powerful and fastest production Lamborghini ever built in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
The 6.5-litre V12 naturally aspirated engine of the Revuelto SV can rev up to 9,500 rpm. It has been captured doing so at the Quail Auto Show. The video has been posted on social media, giving us a listen to the latest hypercar’s exhaust note.
We can see in the footage that the Lamborghini Revuelto SV is fired up, and the massive engine comes to life with a roar. It is loud, but honestly, we were expecting a little bit more drama, at least at the start-up. Or perhaps the video isn’t doing justice to it.
The video is then fast-forwarded to the part where the new Lambo is being revved, and that’s when things get better. We can hear the V12 much more clearly and also the mild burble.
Being the hardcore version of the standard Revuelto, the SV has 1,065 horsepower—a 50-hp increase. It can do the 0 to 62 mph run in 2.4 seconds, and flat out can achieve 214 mph.

Lambo needs a good shot in the arm, and the SV and future SVJ is exactly what the doctor ordered. While I certainly have no plans on pursuing one myself, as the misses is already upset about the addition of the 6 car garage I had built two summers ago to house the collection we have now, I do have to say that owning/driving a Lamborghini is something that until you’ve experienced it first hand, is hard to fully comprehend. It is more than just a name, a brand, a culture. It’s the hand stitched Alcantara leather interior, the way you sort of fall into the seat, the handling, the balance of weight, the sounds of the engine, the smell… Obviously, the acceleration is a rush each and every time, as well as hitting speeds well in access of 170mph on an interstate. While there’s McClaren, Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, and even American hyper cars today like the Corvette or the monstrous Ford GT, the Lamborghini experience really is its own thing. I wasn’t able to get my hands on the Mustang GTD, though my older brother did secure one and is still awaiting delivery, I was fortunate enough to purchase a Shelby Super Snake and cannot wait to post some videos of the misses and I tearing up the streets and highways in some good old American muscle. 880whp of supercharged V8 power on Independent rear suspension, magnaride, and will have a 6 speed manual transmission, which is fantastic!
