Mercedes-AMG has dropped a fresh set of images of the upcoming Mythos Series. The new model will be based on the CLE coupe. Although the car is still wrapped in camouflage, the latest images reveal some production-spec parts.
The new Mythos coupe will feature a super-aggressive design with a unique front grille. If you look closely, the grille extends into the front bumper. A pair of vertically stacked vents flank the grille on either side. There are additional vertical ducts designed for cooling the brakes and a prominent front splitter.
The new Mythos model appears to be equipped with a widebody kit with louvres on the front fenders and a vented bonnet. In the rear is a sporty bumper with an integrated diffuser and a massive fixed wing with a small gurney between the two pillars.
Details of the upcoming Mythos Series are scarce. However, we do know that it will be produced in limited numbers, just like the PureSpeed.
