We may not see Max Verstappen driving a Ferrari in Formula 1 anytime soon, but when he is not racing, the four-time F1 World Champion drives a Ferrari Daytona SP3.
The Dutchman took delivery of his Daytona SP3 earlier this year in Monaco. The supercar has been seen driving around the principality since then. Finished in Rosso Magma paired with silver stripes and copper coloured wheels, this one is hard to miss.
The Daytona SP3 is powered by a heavily modified V12 engine that powers the 812 Competizione. The 6.5-liter unit has been tuned to produce 829 hp and 697 lb-ft of torque and comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It can do 0-62 mph in 2.85 seconds, and the top speed is 211 mph.
These cars are in high demand, and with only 599 examples built for the entire world, prices have gone through the roof. Some SP3s are going for upwards of $10 million at auction. The most expensive one we’ve seen so far is the Tailormade example that went for $26 million during Monterey Car Week.
