Lanzante is gearing up to showcase an uber-special hypercar at the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed. ‘Project 95-59‘ is a tribute to the #59 McLaren F1 GTR that won the Le Mans 24 Hours race 30 years ago.
Rumoured to be called the ‘LM30 Edition’, the new hypercar could be based on the McLaren Speedtail and will feature a central driving position. As we’ve seen in the recent teaser shared by the company, the exterior has been completely redesigned. The latest image reveals an open rear fascia with a central exhaust and U-shaped LED taillights. The car also has a massive rear diffuser.
Lanzante hasn’t shared any technical details of the LM30 Edition yet. However, we do know that the company is targeting a power-to-weight ratio of 700 hp per tonne and an improved touring range.
