Hennessey’s H700 708 BHP upgrade kit for the Corvette C8 Stingray
Texas-based Hennessey has announced a new upgrade package for the popular Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray. The upgrades will increase the stock power of the mid-engined sports car from 490 BHP to 708 BHP along with an increase in the torque as well. The Henessey’s H700 upgrade package is compatible with all 2020-2022 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Coupes and can even be ordered internationally.
What does the H700 upgrade kit consist of?
Hennessey is offering two packages for the Chevrolet Corvette. The first a is a complete upgrade package priced at US$ 49,950. This not only includes the performance upgrades but also few other cosmetic upgrades. The package comes with a supercharger, intercooler, engine tune, lightweight wheels, cat-back exhaust, and graphics. Hennessey offers customers a choice of 19 or 20-inch wheels finished in Brushed Aluminum, Satin Black, or Graphite finish. The printed graphics of the Hennessey Heritage Livery come in Blue, White, Black, Silver, or Red options.

As part of the upgrade, the hypercar manufacturer will fit a high-flow centrifugal supercharger and an air induction system with an air-to-water intercooler as well as an optional enhanced cat-back exhaust. The upgrade kit is complimented by the high-performance engine software. This software boasts of a 44 percent increase in power and 37 percent increase in the torque as compared to the stock car.
Infact, the 708 BHP / 638 lb ft is better than even the flagship Corvette C8 Z06’s 670 BHP and 460 lb ft.
Hennessey is also selling an upgrade-only package without the other cosmetic bits. The company has priced this at US$ 34,950.
All the packages come with a unique serial numbered plaque and a Hennessey and H700 badging.
Warranty and Purchase information
The Hennessey’s ‘H700’ package comes with a three-year / 36,000-mile limited warranty. Interested customers can purchase the kit directly from Hennessey or any of its authorised partners.
