What started as a typical supercar meet quickly spiralled into something far more sinister, as a Nissan GT-R and McLaren 570S Spider ended up heavily damaged in a violent crash.
The incident reportedly occurred in Cypress, Texas. Action cam and dashcam footage from a Nissan GT-R captures the heartbreaking moment. Parked nearby was an exotic lineup – everything from a Porsche to a Lamborghini, alongside a McLaren 570S Spider and a Ford Mustang. Then, without warning, disaster strikes.

A Toyota Tacoma rams into the GT-R from behind. The impact sends the pickup completely out of control. Sliding sideways, it then slams into the McLaren, shoving it violently into the curb before flipping itself back upright.

The aftermath is nothing short of devastating. Carbon fibre, plastic, and metal litter the road. The GT-R and McLaren appear to have taken catastrophic hits – damage that could easily write both cars off.
What’s perhaps most surreal is how close several other supercars came to meeting the same fate. Inches decided everything.
While speculation around the pickup driver’s condition is circulating, nothing has been officially confirmed. Thankfully, early signs suggest no serious injuries.
