Geely is bringing a rather serious off-road SUV to Europe. Confirmed at the 2026 Paris Auto Show, the Battleship 700 is scheduled to arrive in the second half of 2027. Known internally as the KO11, it is sold in China as the Galaxy Zhanjian 700.
The SUV looks every bit the rugged machine its name suggests. It gets a boxy body, a tall bonnet, rectangular headlights and a swing-out tailgate carrying a full-size spare wheel. Measuring 5,085 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 1,912 mm tall, it also boasts 233 mm of ground clearance, along with approach and departure angles of 30 and 31 degrees.

Power comes from a plug-in hybrid setup. The standard front-wheel-drive version pairs a 1.5-litre engine with an electric motor, producing 469 hp and 605 Nm (446 lb ft) of torque. An all-wheel-drive variant adds two rear electric motors, lifting output to 925 hp.
At the top of the range, a 2.0-litre engine and three electric motors deliver a staggering 1,113 hp and 1,330 Nm (980 lb ft).

In China, the Geely Battleship 700 costs between 189,800 and 379,800 yuan ($28,360 – $56,755). Prices for the European market have not been revealed yet.
