Forza Motorsport 7: E3 Trailer, Gameplay, Release Date

Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios just announced Forza Motorsport 7 at E3 2017. It’s the first game designed for the next-gen Xbox One X (Project Scorpio) and will also be available on Xbox One and PC later this year.

Here’s all that’s new in Forza Motorsport 7.

Players will have 700 different cars to choose from at launch including licensed Porsches which make their return to the franchise. It’s huge step up considering, Forza 6 included only 450 odd vehicles. Trucks racing makes its debut in Forza 7. The game also offers 30 racetracks in a total 200 layouts or configurations.

Turn 10 Studios introduced weather and puddles in Forza 6. This time, they’ve taken a step further and included fully dynamic weather and puddles that change in real time. Then, there’s day-night cycle, of course.

The Forza franchise has always been about authentic realism. The new iteration is no exception. The attention to detail is mind-boggling. The cockpit is alive with squeaks, rattles and wind noise as you barrel down the race track.

Forza Motorsport 7 will be released on Xbox One and PC on October 3, 2017. But, if you’re into arcade racing, then you might want to checkout the our article on the new Need For Speed Payback. Playstation 4 players can look forward to Gran Turismo Sport.
