Ferrari Daytona SP3s are going up in value. The demand for these cars is such that a 2nd-owner example was recently sold at auction for $17.8 million. Remember, this car was launched at a base price of $2.25 million in 2021.
One of these rare Ferrari supercars valued at over $15 million was recently spotted in Taiwan. This particular example is finished in the brand’s signature red colour with silver wheels and red brake calipers. That’s a pretty standard spec for a Ferrari. Still, the owner could make bank if he decided to put it up for sale today.
The Daytona SP3 is the third model under the Icona Series. Only 599 examples were built in a stunning design inspired by the 330 P3/4, 330 P4 and 412 P from the 1960s.
It packs a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12, producing 829 hp. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, it can do 0-62 mph in 2.85 seconds and has a top speed north of 211 mph.
