Exclusive: Ultra-Limited Edition Koenigsegg Hypercar on Cards

Koenigsegg is offering its elite customers a chance to own an ultra-limited edition model.

According to our sources, Koenigsegg is working on an ultra-limited edition model. Select customers were given a VR presentation of the new hypercar at Pebble Beach. When we say limited edition, we are talking about just 11 copies.

Information about the new model is still scarce. We don’t know whether it will be based on the Jesko or the Regera. Neither do we have any details about its powertrain at this moment. However, we think, it is likely to use a twin-turbocharged V8 engine similar to other models in Koenigsegg’s line up. Whether it will get a hybrid system and direct drive needs to be seen.

Sources have also told us that the Jesko 300 will be more powerful than the standard Jesko. Top speed is expected to be over 300 mph. Another source had earlier confirmed that the Jesko 300 will have a top speed of 314 mph. However, there has no official confirmation about this yet. It’s no surprise that the Jesko 300 will be more expensive than the regular Jesko.

The Koenigsegg Jesko is the replacement for the Agera. It is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 capable of pushing out 1280 hp (1600 hp on E85) and 1106 lb-ft of max torque. It is the most powerful internal combustion engine produced by the Swedish hypercar maker.
