Exclusive! Bugatti Chiron successor may be revealed on June 20

It’s been about 2 months since Bugatti put out the first teaser of its next-generation hypercar. As a build-up to the launch of the Chiron successor, Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac shared a short clip from a private unveiling last month. It’s a clear indication that we won’t have to wait much longer for its official debut.

In fact, our sources have hinted that the Bugatti Chiron successor is likely to be unveiled on June 20, 2024. We have also learned that the car will be presented at the Bugatti HQ in Molsheim, France.

Bugatti Chiron successor V16 Hybrid engine teaser

We already know that Bugatti is phasing out the quad-turbocharged W16 engine for an even bonkers powertrain. The Chiron replacement will be powered by an 8.3-liter V16 engine paired with three electric motors. The combined output is expected to be around 1800 hp.

Bugatti’s next-gen hypercar will be based on an all-new platform. Design-wise, the car is expected to get a wider Bugatti horseshoe grille up front and a McLaren P1-esque rear fascia with LED taillights inspired by the La Voiture Noire. The interior will feature a blend of modern tech and timeless design.
