Earlier this week, we saw the Mustang Mach-E 1400 demonstrate its drifting skills in the hands of Vaughn Gittin Jr. Over in Croatia, Rimac decided to try out a similar stunt in their C_Two electric hypercar.
The Rimac C_Two is powered by a four electric motors – three less than the Ford. Together they produce the equivalent of 1914 horsepower and 1696 lb-ft of torque.. While the car can do 0-60 mph in 1.85 seconds, which is mighty quick, it can also pull off high speed slides.
It has all-wheel drive torque vectoring, which means it can drive each wheel individually. More importantly, when the motors on the rear axle are engaged, you can pull off impressive slides. And, when you’re done being a hooligan, you can drive off at 258 mph.
Ken Block would approve of this, definitely.
