Dartz Prombron Black Stallion spotted in USA for the first time

Dartz, the Latvian brand famously known for the Gold SUV used by General Aladeen in the movie ‘The Dictator’, is all set to open shop in the United States. We’ve been told that the company will be setting up an assembly unit along with a sales facility to cater to US customers.

As we wait for an official announcement, the first Dartz Prombron Black Stallion has landed on US soil. A video of the massive military-grade SUV was posted by American Motors.

The Prombron Black is based on an SUV that our American friends will find familiar – the Hummer H2. The exterior is made from Kevlar and a unique hexagonal carbon fibre to save weight.

The Prombron Black seen here is likely to be powered by a V8 engine – same as the Hummer. However, Dartz will plonk a V8 from Hellcat if that’s what the customer wants. The SUV can also be equipped with an upgraded gearbox and suspension. Customers can also order a Mercedes-Benz GLS 600-based Prombron.
