Crashed Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta rebuilt after 2 years

The Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta, which met with an accident during a rally in Croatia, has been finally rebuilt. The ultra-exclusive hypercar had been undergoing repairs at the Pagani factory for around two years. It has been spotted during one of its first pre-delivery test drives, which means it could be handed over to the owner soon.

Earlier this year, Oleg Egorov, who owns this Zonda HP Barchetta, shared an update on social media. The short video showed the car as it was being assembled at the factory. The owner also said that all the parts damaged in the accident were being replaced with brand-new ones.

Pagani built only three examples of the HP Barchetta. Out of these, two cars were sold to customers, while Horacio Pagani kept one for himself. The estimated price of one of these cars is said to be $17 million. Therefore, it made absolute sense to rebuild the car.

The open-top speedster is powered by a 7.3-liter naturally aspirated AMG V12 paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
