Charles Leclerc’s Daytona SP3 to be on display at Museo Enzo Ferrari

One of the perks of being a Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 driver is that you get to own some of the rarest supercars. As you might be aware, Charles Leclerc owns a limited-edition Daytona SP3. It has been spotted around Monaco a few times, but now the car will be put on display at the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena, Italy.

In a video shared by Ferrari, Leclerc gives us a tour of his Daytona SP3 before being sent to the museum. He talks about the spec and why he chose the matte black colour. The F1 ace also reveals how the spec was inspired by one of his helmets.

The Daytona SP3 is based on the LaFerrari Aperta. Its design was inspired by mid-engine V12 sports prototypes from the past, making it one of the most striking special editions Ferrari has ever created. At its heart is a mid-mounted 6.5-liter V12 engine from the 812 Competizione. It develops 850 hp and comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
